Can you provide some advice on how to setup directory based sub-domain in multi server (Linux). Example structure: server 1 : domain.com/site1 (/home/public_html/site1) domain.com/site2 (/home/public_html/site2) server 2 : domain.com/site3 (/home/public_html/site3) domain.com/site4 (/home/public_html/site4) Advice needed on the server 2 setup for this deployment. Thanks

First the concept of JMS multisite is based on the sharing of the same joomla installation. So if you are using several servers, you need to ensure that you can share the same folders. If this is not the case and that you can have 2 independent servers, then you can install JMS Multisites on each server and therefore have 2 master website totally independent.
