Hello Everybody,
I have installed my application backup from one Ftp space to another Ftp space. I have also created some multisites in my application. After, I finish my installation in the new space, I couldn't connect my Super Administrator of my master site. I have verified my database and i used to reset my password. Eventhough, i have the same problem. Would please give me a suggestion to fix this problem. Why I ask Jms because, before we use only joomla, we didn't have this problem. After, I installed JMS, We have problem very frequently.
Would you Please Give me any Suggestion For this Problem?

You mentioned that you backup and restored on another server.
This probably mean also with another domain name.
I suspect that you have defined slave site that share the users with the master websites.
If this is the case, this may explain why you can not login because the "new domain" name on which you probably trying to login is not the one that is the "backup" one.
When you share the users between website, the "session.cookie_domain" is setup with the domain name for which exclusivelly you can login.
So if you change of server and using another domain, you can not login because the session is not autorized for another domain.
Can you confirm the hypothesis.
If this is the case, you will have to modify manually the definition of the slave site to discard the parameter for the session to let you login in the master.
