Hi i make slave with tutorial "How to share the users and extensions betweens websites" i share plugins and modules jomsocial éé but i can't login in my slave jomsocial site with the same user of my master jomsocial.

If you followed the tutorial, this share the users with "slave1" and not the master.

If you want to share the users with the master, you have to replace the selection of slave1 by the master DB.
So change the JMS templates rule to select the master instead of the slave.

hi i do what you said, i see my jomsocial users..

same thing on my two websites (master and slave), the only problem i have is :
when im log in im redirected to the members login module, i cant log in jomsocial but i see my user in my online users module.. on my 2 websites im online but im not log in in my profiule jomsocial .. i don't know if you understand..thats weird

Which version of Joomla are you using ?
Which version of JoomSocial are you using ?

We were be able to reproduce what you described with Joomla1.5.22 and JoomSocial 1.8.7

It seems that a fix done in Joomla >= 1.5.16 has an impact on the JoomSocial login
Put the line 530 in comments like explain in the forum

Now i can log in my master domaine and my subdomaine, but doesn't work with another domaine link to subdomaine.

When im login to my master example.com i need to login again in my subdomaine example.com/slave1

and the wall discussions and upload pictures in my master jomsocial are not visible on the slave jomsocial on my subdomaine slave site.

(do you have a tutorial for multisite jomsocial)

First, when you give the "example.com/slave1", this is a subdirectory and not a subdomain definition.

A subdomain is something like "slave1.example.com".

Did you applied the fix documented concerning the sessions and line 530.

Also ensure that when you manage the master website that defined the slave site that you did used something like 'www.master.example.com" but have used "master.example.com" to avoid that access is restricted to "*.master.example.com".
If the master is not part of the websites that must be shared then you have to verify that all the website that you want to share use the same "root" definition.
