TOPIC: component not showing on slave site
#4997
component not showing on slave site 14 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
When I install a component on the master site then check the JMS Tools I get a drop down where I can select to install on the slave site. After I have done this it appears in the components drop down menu but when I click on it I am redirected to a page telling me that the component is not installed.

I emailed Edwin about this and other issues, everything else was sorted out quickly but this still persists.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Initially I uninstalled JMS and started again, this sorted out the problem but as soon as I install a new component I am back to square 1 and because the site is now live I don't really want to uninstall and start again.

Any ideas?

Many thanks
Dave

update:

Luckily, I had installed the admin directory on the slave site so I uploaded the admin component into the directory and now everything seems to be working.
