Master site is shown instead of slave site 14 Years ago Karma: 0
Hi, I have a strange problem.
I defined a template site and from that I created a slave site with symbolic links.
The slavesite is located in denk-producties.nl/multisites/psy (psy being the slave dir).
The master is www.denk-producties.nl (the root site)
My root site uses the first database on the server, the slave is installed in the second database on the same server which I reserved for further slaves.
The domainnames from the slave site are filled in correctly (www.denk-producties.nl/multisites/psy, denk-producties.nl/multisites/psy, www.psychologievandiscipline.nl, psychologievandiscipline.nl).

It all works for an hour or so (I logged in to the slave, altered some articles), but after that... When I go to www.denk-producties.nl/multisites/psy (or www.psychologievandiscipline.nl) it shows the master site again (articles are back to the old state it appears, but it's the master I'm seeing).

I checked the config files and the domainnames/paths are all there. So what am I doing wrong?
Is it so that I have to 'define' the mastersite in JMS as well?

Cheers,
Guy

OK, didn't touch the sites for a few days, other things to do... Now the redirection appears to be working.
What is this?

The redirection can not work with JMS multisites as this change the URL domain.
So if that works not, there is another reason.
