This probably mean that you have a wrong configuration.php file or that does not contain a valid PHP code.
Perhaps you have used apostrophe in a site tile that could have created an invalid configuration.php file

If you read the source framework, you would see that it try to see if the configuration.php file exists and after it try to execute it to build the configuration.
The build of the configuration fail due to error in the "configuration.php" file.
So check that it contain valid PHP code

hi edwin thanks for your quick reply;

I am trying to debug the code in both slave and master but it seems okay., I am referring also in a previous slave site but they're totally the same, I mean not the same in data inside but the code inside.

thanks.

Ignore this message, the error message is in JConfig class but the main solution is not in it.. , I solved the problem.. thanks edwin for the answer and giving me a hints.
