I had read the user manual and watch the tutorials. But i doesnt work.

In "Manage Sites" i create a new one and fill out the required fields.
Than i press "Save".

But when i click on the "Domains" in the "Site Manager"
it opened the index.php of my Joomla installation.

Whats wrong?

Thx for help.

Which tutorial video have you followed.
Create a joomla installation is normal when you create a fresh slave site like in tutorial video 9.
www.jms2win.com/tutorial#jms12x-9

Have you followed the tutorial step by step.
Which are the answer of tutorial 3 to 7 ?
Which platform ? (unix, windows, ...)
Do you have symbolic link allowed ?
Which procedure have you used and which are the parameters ?

I think its a PLESK problem.

I´ve installed Plesk on my server.

What can i do to make it run?

ON plesk, you can create slave site into subdirectories.
As soon as you want to create slave site in subdomain or other domain, you have to change the Plesk configuration to give permission to the other directories and allow that master and slave share the same directories and folders.

See the Plesk help appendix A (I think) vhere they explain how to create a vhost.conf file to change the default permissions. This require to have the root login of the server.
