TOPIC: When moving to a new server...

When moving to a new server... 14 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm having some issues getting it to connect when moving to a new server and database.

I have one master in one database, and 2 slaves in another. I changed hosts and I got the master site to work. But I can't seem to get the database to connect.

Would it be best to just do a new site (with the same settings) and a new template? I've tried to hunt through the files to change references to the old server, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Normally, you would have to change the "configuration.php" file of each slave site manually to reflect the new server and new DB name / login and password.

The configuration.php files are located in each deploy directories
