I was hoping some other JMS users have gotten JMS to work where there are already numerous multiple Joomla websites running.
My goal is to allow myself to REMOVE all of the duplicate Joomla files and use one set of Joomla files while having JMS pointing to multiple mySQL databases.
I haven't had a lot of luck with the moderators here and hoped that someone else -- possibly someone not so close to the product -- could help me understand. On paper, this LOOKS simple! But it just hasn't been so for my project. I've put in many, many hours trying to get these websites to work on a testbed server.
All I am trying to do is have one main Joomla site with files and all the rest to have only images, template files and the slaves to point to their own mySQL databases.
Also, has anyone had the problem with using the administrator functions of Joomla with JMS? I can open a slave website and see a list of articles, but when I try to open an article, I only get a blank page.
HELP!!!
