I have problem this hello.php,

Probably you will need to used the Joomla FTP Layer and the Symbolic Links will be forbidden

This hello world tell you that you have a permission issue and that perhaps you will have to use the Joomla FTP layer when you will have to install the patches or create some files.
In addition, it tells you that Symbolic Link is probably forbidden.

So you have to check you hosting server security, permissions, ..., if you want to make it work.

"Permission denied" clearly informs you that you have to check the permission of your server.

This is one of the purpose of this "hello world". Informs you that your hosting server will not allow using some functionalities.
If you have later problem with joomla or JMS, this will probably related to this "Permission denied".

So contact the administrator of your server to configure the sever appropriatelly.
Check the owner, group of the files and directory, check the chmod, ....
