I'm able to create a fresh site with jms but when i try to go next step, joomla installation, this occurs... and I'm not able to proceed with installation.

Problem in which next step.
Give the URL of your website to see the Javascipt error that is probably returned and that you do not dispaly.
Perhaps you could use a firefox and try to see the error message that would explain why it does not go to the next step (after the language).

After the language, you should have the pre-isntall checked.

I respect your way of supporting but i only wanted to know if my problem its a common problem...
Everything went fine until the "joomla web installer" step of your tutorial ...
I will give another try and probably study another alternative.
