This is a permission problem but I don't know where if you have the same group, owner, 777, ...

If your apaches is not allowed to creazte ""Unable to create the symbolic link [multisites] -> [/var/www/html/multisites]." this is a permission problem.

If all the directories have 777 and same owner, this should work.
I suppose there is a permission that is still not correct in a directory.

but link creating all other folders except multisites.

So check specifically the permission of this directory.
You can also try exclude it from the list of symbolics to create when using a JMS templates

i got to create separate templates, images folders for slave, but problem is that

1. in the admin after uploaded image it showing blank.
2. in side the templates again its symbolic link to master templates, even if i remove the link and copy the templates from master to slave, slave site pointing to master site templates. i want separate slave templates.

First in your video, there are inconsistencies between the "domain URL" and the deploy folder.
In the domain you specify the {site_url}/{site_id} and in the deploy folder you specify the equivalent of {site_url}/multisites/{site_id} that is not the same.

I suspect that all your problem comes from the fact that URL and location on the disk is not consistent.
