Errors after move to Windows Plesk server 11 Years ago Karma: 0
I've moved my site from a Linux/cPanel server to a Windows/Plesk server and setup everything up correctly regarding the domain alias, but I'm receiving the following error message:

"Warning: require_once(/home/iasuppor/public_html/multisites/york/includes/framework.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\iasupport.org\httpdocs\index.php on line 24

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/iasuppor/public_html/multisites/york/includes/framework.php' (include_path='.;./includes;./pear') in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\iasupport.org\httpdocs\index.php on line 24"

Please can anybody help?

If you moved from Linux to Windows platform, you have to verify that the
Symbolic Link is allowed on your windows.

The error seems to be due that the links is NOT present or can not be
executed.

The usage of Symbolic Link on Windows platform is not easy and requires a
server with Windows 2008 or higher with PHP 5.3.3 or higher and perhaps that
some permission is defined under window.

Verify also that the "open_basedir" is not used or put restriction on the directory that can be accessed. Plesk is frequently configured with "open_basedir" and its configuration must be updated to give the permission to the files and folders.
