TOPIC: errors with Server move and existing JMS install
#11705
errors with Server move and existing JMS install 11 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
I have moved a master and slave domain from one server to another
this was done via a WHM complete backup/restore
the only thing which has changed is both domains are on the same IP now, where as previously they were on separate IP addresses.
everything else is the same - user accounts, directories, databases, etc.

however, the slave domain now shows the content from the master domain.

Where should I look first to resolve this issue ?

cheers
James

Several potential reason:
- Verify that the JMS patches are installed
- Verify that you have correctly speeled the domain name (with and without WWW) - You can use the "hello.php" tutorial video 7 to help you verifying the domain name and location on the disk
- Verify that you saved the slave site with success (blue or green) message
