I have a joomla master( Joomla 1), and i want create several joomla slave (joomla2, joomla 3,
joomla 4, …) sharing some menu items, categories and articles, extensions and modules.

Joomla Slave ( joomla 2, joomla 3, joomla 4 ) run by subdomian

Joomla Slave will have own content and some Master content.

I need somebody configure it, can you give me a budget?

Concerning the sharing of the menu, it is not possible to directly share the menu present in joomla but you can simulate moreless that with the "Multisites Menu Item" extension that allow making a reference to a menu of another site.

This will compute dynamically the link where to redirect the user on the other website.

Concerning the articles, you need the "Article Sharing for JMS" to share some articles.

Concerning the sharing of other extension or modules, see the list of extension (or the help present in the tool menu) to see which one can have their content shared.
