When trying to create a subdomain on my site I get the following errors:

SITE_DEPLOY_DIRLINK_ERR
My folder permissions are like 777.
Could someone help me with that?

You have enable the Joomla FTP layer.
In this case, when joomla try to copy a file or write a file, it start by using the FTP Layer and the "FTP root path".
As you have enable the FTP Layer, you need to provide correct path relative to the master path.

The other solution is to disable the Joomla FTP layer (see global configuration) to use the PHP copy.

If the FTP layer must stay enable, relative path must be provided from the master root path.
So you may sometimes have write things like
/public_html/../domains/mysite.com/subdomains/subdom/public_html
See the "../" to go one directory up.
It is assumed that your FTP user can access to the slave site directory.
