See the tutorial video 14 that show how to create a JMS template rule that is used to create the website from the front-end.

Remark: you request to create domains from the front-end.
When JMS will have defined the domain into JMS, you will still have to declare the domain in your server with your admin tool (ie cPanel or other admin tool).

If you want to create automatic subdomain into apache, this is possible with VPS or dedicated server. We already did that on cPanel with WHM. This also require a SSH root login on the server. In general, we can do that in 1 hour of support.

In general, we are creating automatically the subdomain to which we later assign a domain as synonym.

Your question is not clear.

Do you want to try deploying a website from your windows server into another server runing another administration tool or do you want to move your current windows environment on another environment.

If you want to change of hosting environment and use a linux platform, you can use the godaddy shared hosting or if you want to use your specific VPS or dedicated server, we suggest that you use cPanel with WHM.

If your question is to declared a new domain on your current hosting windows server, you need to assign the same directory as your master website like you did for the subdomain.
