Which kind of godaddy do you use?
Do you use a shared hosting or VPS, or dedicated server ?
Do you use a linux or windows platform ?
Check the global configuration.
If you have use the Godaddy "fantastico" to install Joomla it is probable that Godaddy setup the global configuration with a logs and tmps directories where you don't have write permission.
Verify the Global Configuration to update the LOGS and TMP directories.
To know the value that should be there, go in JMS, create new slave site, and there you will find the "master directory".
The expected values are the [master directory]/tmp and [master directory]/logs
See also the tutorial video 6 and read the comments in the description of the video.

Once the symbolic link is allowed, you will be able to setup JMS with the same value than the one that you setup in godaddy.
When you create a subdomain in godaddy, you have to specify a location on the disk.
When you have created the subdomain in godaddy in a specific directory, put a hello.php file in this directory (see video 7)
Use a browser to execute the script
Here your property3.multiinfotech.com/hello.php
This will display you the path that must be used in the JMS deploy directory.
When you have the subdomain defined in godaddy and that you know the path, you can create the slave site like in video CP-04
