i hope you can help me on this one.

I have a main site where i have installed JSM Multisites (www.myglowcigs.com) i have created then a slave site where the deploy directory is public_html/uk.

On the template and site configuration i have the following parameters on domain list:
www.myglowcigs.com/{site_id}
myglowcigs.com/{site_id}
www.myglowcigs.co.uk
myglowcigs.co.uk

Everything works fine however when i make the checkout on the slave site i am redirected to:
www.myglowcigs.com/uk/index.php?page=checkout.index&ssl_redirect=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=54

instead of :
www.myglowcigs.co.uk/index.php?page=checkout.index&ssl_redirect=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=54

How do i force the clave site use only the main domain in url instead of using the subfolder where the slave site was deployted?

do i really need these domain lists?
www.myglowcigs.com/{site_id}
myglowcigs.com/{site_id}

is i am using a new domain for the slave site?

In VirtueMart 1.1
The VirtueMart redirection is a parameter that you have specified in VM administration / configuration. Verify the Security parameter and the redirect URL.

So verify the VM admin configuration settings.
