I don't know if was a error in the template definition

I want to replicate a master site and users as I asked in topic 8003-sharing-users-of-a-already-developed-site8003-sharing-users-of-a-already-developed-site

Also, I want to define a new database for every new domain to keep things clean, I've gave permissions to new db users to the master DB but when I create the new sites with the template, it gaves me that error

Unable to create the symbolic link [images] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/images].
Unable to create the symbolic link [includes] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/includes].
Unable to create the symbolic link [media] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/media].
Unable to create the symbolic link [modules] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/modules].
Unable to create the symbolic link [plugins] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/plugins].
Unable to create the symbolic link [xmlrpc] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/xmlrpc].
Unable to create the symbolic link [robots.txt] -> [/public_html/alfablogs/robots.txt].

Server is linux, I've edited the absolute path for security reasons

and every folder which I've set in the 'Folders and Files' as symbolic link
also the deploy folder is empty, no file was copied
am I missing something?

If you have problem to create the symbolic link, the reason could be:
- Either you already created a symbolic link with another path
- OR you have a physical directory and not a symbolic link at this place
- OR you don't have the permission to create the symbolic link.

So check your "deployment directory" and check if you have already symbolic link or physical directories.
If they does not exists, this is the third case, permission to create the symbolic link.

As you mentioned that you have the deployed directory empty, perhpas you don't what in the appropriate path or simply don't have the permission to create symbolic link in this directory.

Perhaps you could try to put a chmod 777 on the deplyment directory to allow creating things inside the directory.
