I bought JMS multisites component, but I'm dissapointed because I cant get it work properly. Maybe I do not understend it well.

I explain what I need to do with it. I'm asking teh support to help me out.

I have 1 joomla 1.5 site with several users and lots of sobi2 entries. I want to use all of it with a different template in another domain.
If a user who loged in the firts site and create an entry it sould appear automatically in the second site, so it's very important to using the same database (with same prefixes) for the users and the content.

That is what multisite means to me (not only useless hosting space saving), and that is what I have seen in the jms multisite video spot.

Please help me or send me a tutorial to learn how to do this.

You will have to create a JMS Templates rules where you will select the "template site" that must be copied and with which the users and sobi2 will be shared.
In the "sharing" tabs, you will have to select the "joomla users" and the "sobi2" extension as shared.

So it is possible.

I watched the video and tried to do everything exactly, but a some things does not the same, or does not works like that.

1., there are no folders customisation at new site details
2., after I saved the new site there are only blank screen if I click the url. No joomla installer.
3., if i try to make it with a different domain still not works, and no files created in the domain folder.

I need a little help, because the component does not work as I hoped befor buying.

1) What do you mean by "no folders" customization.
Do you mean the the JMS Templates "folders and files" tabs does not appear ?

2) If you have a blank screen as you could read plenty of times in this forum, this is the symptom of a PHP fatal error somewhere.
So you have to check your server error log to get more info.
This might be due to permission error on your server.

3) Same as (2)
