After I log into the JMS website and go to the Get Latest Version Downloads page, there is nothing listed there. The list is always empty. How do I download the latest version and patches?

You have to login with the user that purchased the product.

Your login never purchased our product. So it is normal that you can not get the latest version as wed didn't find any confirmed orders attached to your login.
