I feel really dumb, but I can not figure out how to share banners created in the master site to the slaves.

can someone help?

Different solution to share banner.
If you display banners directly with HTML code that you implement in a Joomla template, you can share the Joomla template directory and that will be identical.

Another solution is to use extensions that can be shared.
ie. Ads Manager is an extension that can be share and manage Advertising. So perhaps it could help you manage "shared" banner.

Thanks, i can look into these two extensions.

Right now I am using what I believe is the pre-loaded "banner module"? mod_banner

is there a way to share this default banner module or do i need to switch to something else?

Unfortunatelly, the standard Joomla banner can not be shared.
