I need to planify a global website for a computer part and peripheral distribution company. We will have

one master .com with all the content information and 7 sub websites with almost the same content. Mostly a virtuemart with all the product use as a catalog for now.

ex: www.kairaglobal.com, singapore.kairaglobal.com, pakistan.kairaglobal.com, malaysia.kairaglobal.com

My master website is located here: 204.232.208.203

The main purpose to have different country portal is to have same main Virtuemart product base but we need to open or close product, category or brand depending their availability in those country.

We need an easy way to manage our country difference without have to copy the same product many times. Is the same products, just not available everywhere

Can we do it with your extension, do we need to customize Virtuemart a lot - If we need to pay to customize how much can be the cost around?

Create several website by country with the same VirtueMart is possible but in this case, you share everything in VirtueMart.
In other words, you will share the same products with prices and all their attributes.
You also share the payment method configuration and shipment configuration.
The store name is also shared.
In summary everything in VirtueMart is shared.

To have specific configuration per country or slave site, this is something that you could modify in VirtueMart but will require to customize VirtueMart.
You could for example add a "product type" information with one or more parameters that could be used later in your VirtueMart themes to filter the info or just display the appropriate products. This may require several day of works to customize VirtueMart and process the additional "product type" parameters that you could imagine to filter the products.
