guys, I am really lost in here, I am not a newbie though.
I think the documentation is kind of poor, I mean you have an extensive doc. but things are not well explained and/or not clear.

For example, I dont get on how to install a new template for the slave site.

where is the step by step or at least point to the right direction on this! ?

Try apply EXACTLY (Copy/past) the scenario that is presented in the tutorial video 0.d.
This show how to create a demo environment that is a summary of the different videos.

It is based on a cPanel.

The configuration of a JMS Template, depends on what you want to do.
