I need JMS to build out a bunch of sites that all use the same template and modules, but the modules contain different content. I have build a custom template using a RocketTheme template as the base, which is powered by Gantry.

Does RocketTheme's Gantry Framework not work at all with JMS MultiSites... or do certain parameters not work?

Thanks in advance.

The RocketThemes gantry does not read correctly the template settings in the slave site.
It always read the settings that you setup in the master whatever you enter in a slave.

We have experimented some patches that does not work in all cases.
Some bug fix seems need to be implemented in encrypted javascript peace of present in gantry but we don't have yet found where.

Thanks Edwin! My project involves building out many sites that have an identical template, only the content and images differ.

Just to make sure I understand you correctly: whatever template the Master uses, the Slaves will automatically adopt. And all Gantry features still work... like Google Fonts, CSS Color Chooser, etc.

Are their any other known problems using Gantry with JMS?

As I told you, the settings will work on the master and not in the slave.
This is the settings in the master that affect all the slaves.
So all the features like CSS Color Chooser must be done in the master and not in the slaves.
