I decided to install and try out the MultiSite Google Analytics component. It implies that you can put all your codes on the master? Is this true, that you can maintain all your codes in the master and the child sites will read from the master? If so, how do you get this to work?
Also, it displays in a module, is there a way to have it enabled, but not display on the website as a module?

NO, the code is specfic to each website.
So you can have different GA code in each websites.
The idea is to be able generate different GA event when you have several domains synonym in the same slave site.
So that generate specific analytic for a specific slave site.

The Google Analytics Codes displays in a module on the website, is there a way to have it enabled, but not display on the website as a module?
Also, isn't the GAnalytics Code supposed be be just above the </body> tag?

This is a module where you can specify its position (ie. debug position) that generally is the one just above the </body>
No it is not possible to hide the module and you need it available to setup its GA codes.

I believe what you are referring to is the Title showing up? You can enable the module and choose to hide the title and it will not show up on your front page.
