TOPIC: Unable to log in as administrator after migration

Unable to log in as administrator after migration 14 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
We have migrated several multisite-connected sites to a new server and find that we are unable to log in to the administrator area. The front-end sites seem to be working ok.

We're running Joomla v1.5.15.

Do you have specific extension to check the security and that could take the hand before joomla.
Some extra extension adds control on the domain or IP address that try to login a website.

Sometimes this is additional plugins that fails during the login and does not allow to login.

Perhaps you could also have a look if you have a "error_log" file in the administrator directory that could give you additional info.
