Component sharing - administration 14 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi
I have set up a couple of sites using jms, and I want to share an events calendar and Civicrm between them. I have them set up so that they are sharing the components from the master site, and the front end of the calendar is working fine. However, when I try to log into the component from the administrator of the slave site, the shared components don't seem to work.

On Calendar I get :

* Database Table Setup Was Required

Database now setup - and a 'continue button'. Clicking on it goes nowhere.

Civicrm: Initial screen opens up in back end, but when I try anything else, it takes me to the login for the 'Master' site.

Both components work from the master site, but I want people to be able to edit them from slave sites.

What could be wrong with my setup?

Thanks

Steve Jacobs

Dear Steve,

I suppose that you have forgotten to install some plugins in the slave site.
In general the button correspond to plugin "editor-xtd/xxxxxxx".

Concering the table error, message, check with the JMS tools that the table
is present in the slave site.
I don't know which extension needs the table "Setup". This look like a
civicrm if you don't have table prefix.

I hope this will help you.
