Hi Edwin,

I purchased multisite in September and unfortunately had a system crash so I am reinstalling everything tonight. After installing, I applied the patches and everything checks OK. I noticed I am out of date so I clicked Check for Updates and I get:

Unable to decompress data

I then went to About Us and clicked Get Latest Version and it takes me to a screen displaying all of my purchases, but there is no where to download the latest version. Am I missing something?
How do I upgrade to the latest version and the latest patches?

You can also get the latest version when you follow the procedure in the FAQ.

Don't forget to select the product for which you want to get the latest version before click on the "get latest version" button.
