Please send the MD5 or other CRC check code, because my ZIP file is may be bad, but this is the only way I find out for sure.

Perhaps that you had a timeout during the transfert.
Did you retried to create another download ID and retry with another browser.
If you want that I resend you the product, you need to provide me the login of the user that purchased it to let me resend it to him.

I got this file from my company, because I am one of the system administrator. Those who purchased the product is no longer with the company, and not willing to give the site access codes. That is why we do not ask the file, only the verification code.
