Is Multi Sites Version 1.2.x will be supported until Joomla 2.5.x updates(future updates) or is Joomla 2.5.8 is last supported version.

NO, JMS will NOT be update till the end of Joomla 2.5 lives duration (december 2014). We think stop the update of JMS 1.2.x by end of february 2013.
