I am having some problems setting up the wildcard subdomains in cpanel.

Here are the instructions you gave me like 6 months earlier and there worked while you did it.

So, i am trying to setup the same thing for a different domain and it's not working so well for me.

can you see if i am missing something sir.

---- How to create an AUTOMATIC subdomain definition in cPanel.

- User the wildcard subdomain in cPanel
- Go in subdomain
*.myfavwebsite.com
document root = domains/myfavwebsite.com/subdomains/public_html

- Go in SSH with root login and define into apache a specific Virtual Document Root recognition for the wildcard subdomain
> cd /usr/local/apache/conf
> vi httpd.conf

Search for the wildcard definition
/*.myfavwebsite.com

Collect the #include defintition to know the path where must be created the specific configuration.
DocumentRoot /home/menmakem/domains/myfavwebsite.com/subdomains/public_html

# To customize this VirtualHost use an include file at the following location
# Include "/usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/menmakem/wildcard_safe.myfavwebsite.com/*.conf"

- Create a specific configuration file
> cd /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/menmakem
> mkdir wildcard_safe.myfavwebsite.com
> cd wildcard_safe.myfavwebsite.com
> vi vhost.conf

DocumentRoot None
VirtualDocumentRoot /home/menmakem/domains/myfavwebsite.com/subdomains/%-3/public_html


- Rebuild the httpd.conf
> go in cPanel,
> delete the subdomain
> rebuild the subdomain

I don't see what is wrong.
Verify also your DNS that it is working correctly and that the domaine declared in your registrar use the correct Name Server that must be your server.
