I try to find a solution to force a banner on slave site, to put publicity.

There are several solution to put specific banners on a websites.
This depends if you decided to share the whole website or have specific website for the site ID.

A first solution that is sometimes used is to hardcode the banner in the template to avoid that "affiliate" can remove it.
In this case, you can use the "MULTISITES_ID" value to customize or make query in a specific banner system.

The other solution when you have different website content (db or table prefix - not whole share) is to setup a specific banner extension (standard joomla or other) with the specific content.

Another solution can also be used when the SEF is enabled.
It consists to create several "banners entries" and use the Site ID in the image or links present in the page to compute different values.
You can use the free "Multisites ID plugin" to help you doing such search/replace value.
