I have a problem with a template i have bought and one of its plugin solution for chat.
This is TIGRACON chat solution include with his template for jomsocial (just AWESOME!). All work fine for template and its installation and use except a standalone solution for chat.

When all is installed, Joomla don't locate it even in master whereas the file directory is on ../root
i join a mail with files if you can take a look. It will be very fine !

I will have a look to add its definition in the JMS tool menu.

I would love to see this chat work also, any updates?

Sorry by we were never able to install anything with this extension.
We always receive an error message "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file"

Therefore we are not able to review this extension.
