Wordpress For Joomla Admin Component Error 12 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 0
While the front end of wordpress-for-joomla works fine, when JMS patches are installed.
but the admin area of the component can only accessed when the patches of JMS are unninstaked.

When they are installed it gives the following error.

www.jms2win.com/en/list-of-extensions?

Please advise

The Wordpress Version is 3.3.1

The error message is not much to look at. This is it copied from the browser.
---------------------------
Not Found

The requested URL /components/com_wordpress/wp/wp-admin/installation/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at multisiter.com Port 80
----------------------------

Is as if when the patches are installed, the system does not realise that wordpress is already installed and and working. So it tries to go to the installation directory, which is no longer there as everything is installed already. Once the patches are uninstalled the link to wordpress in the compoenents menu works fine and goes to the wordpress backend as it should.

In the front end there is no problem.

Thanks
