Hi:

I am using jms v1.2.92 on joomla 2.5.6

Just wondering if i can create the main website to sell replicated slave websites on the master site?

Yes.

If you want to create website from the front-end from a slave site (here a main site), you just need to have JMS installed in this slave site.
