I've worked with Joomla for many years now and there are only a few components that can be classified as majors.

This component is is simply "fantastic".

There is a word of caution though.

To not get stuck and frustrated you will need knowledge of things like DNS settings, Apache, MySQL and the good old Linux command line and most of all understand Linux file and folder permissions.

These are the major sticking points, but if you understand them, then all else you can figure out.

Take the time to read the docs and take advantage of the video tutorials. There's lots of information to wade through but it is worth it.

Kudos to the developer team for a great component and taking the time to provide such good documentation.

This seems really well said. There are lots of details to be understood, especially if you don't use one of the major control panels for which the documentation and video tutorial coverage is so especially excellent.

I'd say allow the better part of a day to start really getting into the swing of it.

I can't agree more!!! This is one fantastic written component for Joomla and I have to say a Huge THANKYOU to Edwin for hanging in and helping us do it yourselfers get thru the learning curve. He has a lot of patience
