I am growing more frustrated by the day trying to work out the quirks in the JMS multisites component.

The images and media folders do not work correctly on my slaves sites.

Notice that it directs to the "broadcastaudubon" directory (the slave directory )instead of the "audubonlifestyles" (the master directory) which is where I directed it to go.

The path that you provided for the image media is wrong.
You have to use a relative path and NOT a full path as you did.

The parameters that you are setting here are the equivalent of the "media manager" / option parameter (joomla 2.5) or under joomla 1.5 in the "global configuration" / system / media settings

What exactly should I change, where at, and what should I change it to?

Why can't I place a symbolic link on the images folder in my template?



Is this why I am having such a hard time doing what I am trying to do?

See the value that joomla 2.5.6 gives you.

I think that images folder should be frestyle/images
Idem for media as in joomla 2.5 they use the same value
for the templates, use {deploy_dir}/templates

frestyle/images does not exist.

I'm going to ask my question again. Why can't I create a Symbolic Link to the images folder???? How do I do this?

I think if I can achieve that it will solve my problem.
