I am unable to download the multi-site component even after making payment as the downloaded file I downloaded twice seems to be incomplete. I have sent a mail to info@jms2win.com but have yet to get any reply.

Could anyone assist this at earliest convenience as I just made payment and am anxious to know if this will work with my website.

Within an hour of sending the email, they have replied back with the necessary. I'm really amazed by the level of after sales support and understanding from them.

One might be able to get the crack file from pirated forums for this component but one will NEVER get the level of support and service compared to paid products.

I highly recommend this to anyone whom's looking for a multisite component.
