Hi, Would it be possible to move the master site to a new domain after the setup of a few slave sites: i.e. Current domain: sub.domain.com Move to: anotherdomain.com Would there be any affect on the slave sites if the only the master domain is changed?

You can have several master domain. By definition any domain that arrives to the master website directory and that is not described as a slave site is a master website. You just have to define your domain into your hosting server to be mapped (assigned) with the same master website directory.
