Personnally, jms2win.com is a slave site of my company and it is ranked in the top 10 of Google. So I don't see the problem you could encounter when using JMS as each website must be considered as totally independent.

hi there! how about the "double content"-issue? isnt it that if i have a duplicate site, lets say SITEB and it shares CONTENT-5 of SITEA, wouldnt that be considered as double content, thus might affect your ranking?

Some search engine like Google may not like duplicate content and that could perhaps affect one of the website. In general when there is duplicate content, the google tools allows you to say which is the website that is "primary". All depends if you duplicate a whole site or just few content and if this content is display identically or not.
