I'm having terrible difficulty with some of the tutorial videos. E.g. this one:
www.jms2win.com/media/joomla_multisites/...omlaInstall.swf.html

After about five minutes the video freezes although the audio continues. Then the browser freezes and eventually I have to hard power-off my computer as nothing else will work.

I have tried both Firefox and IE8.

Any suggestions?

We know that some videos may have problem and we have to redo it.

We have planed to redo all the video in coming weeks and also provide more material to illustrate different cases.

The video is re-exported in another format that we hope will not cause the problem you have mentioned.
