If you know who are attack your system, you can identify how it attacks your system.
You can also identify which action are performed by the hacker to access your system.

If you have a logfile with the traces of the hacker, you can send us the info in the attachement of an email.

Which version of JMS Multisites are you using ?

Use for example the "black" layout that perfectly works with SEF.
You will find inside different places where the SEF is computed.

Concerning the delete, when the user select a site to delete, this delete this website.
if you have several website deleted simultanously, you should check the directory structure and verify that you don't have other website in subdirectories.
When you delete a site, this delete the "deployed directory" and of course all the sub-directories.

In layout I delete the script and put the order "doslavesite" like a form, you sure that Its no posible?

All my sites are make with this structure: www.domain.com/multisites/{site_id}

Really when the slave sites are deleted in multisites folder, the multisites folder are not delete, only subfolders (Slave sites) & config_templates.php file

It possible (maybe I´m stupid) when a slave site is deleted and has simbolic links to multisites folder...? I dont now what is happening

Whatever the website is a symbolic link or a physical directory, this delete the "deployed directory" AND the /multisites/{site_id} (as this is the place where JMS Multisites saves the site definition).

So you have to be sure that the deployed directory is not a directory that contain sub sites.
