This is already included in JMS 1.3.

It does not compare the current DBs tables but compare with the SQL files scripts declared in the manifest file.
When you decide to check the SQL script with the current website, it reports several things
- Success rules
- Errors
- Unchecked rules

Errors and uncheckd rules can be captured and included into a "free sql" field (text area) that you can modify for the execution.

The new functionality is also able to partially checking the data content such as "insert into", "replace into"
Currently, only the "update" statement are frequently "unchecked"
