I would ask what are the chances to to support AutoTweet NG Pro by jms2win?

JPATH_ROOT is defined at the startup of Joomla.
If the extension bypass the joomla installation, this might explain that the JPATH_ROOT would not be defined.

I am not able to give you a quote to debut this AutoTweet extension and identifying where it fails.
If the debugging can be done in your environment and perhaps we could add a trace in the "AutoTweet" in 1hour to identifying the case where the JPATH_ROOT has a wrong value.

The problem is due to conflict between several extensions that include a library called 'tmhOAuth" to manage twitter.

You can find such library present in component such as autotweet, MyBlog, obsocialsubmit,
or plugins obss_extern, techjoomlaAPI

So when several extension contain the same library that is included twice, this cause a PHP fatal error due to class already defined.
