This does not help reproducing the error. You just show how to install the patches and this does not explain why you have the error in the list. How did you created the slave if the patches was not installed ? You display the list of slave before the patches.

I get this error too, but I get it when I try to choose a template that I created. It goes away if I choose -Fresh Slave Site- as my template. I am new and trying to figure everything out, it could be that I have my template not set up correctly. I did a fresh install of joomla! 1.6 and the newest JMS multisite.

You did not give me any specifics on what you need. This is a screenshot of the template I am using to create new sites.
