OK - it looks all great. The only problem is, that JMS want to create new databases. I cannot do so. I must create databases in serveradministration. MUST JMS crate new tables or can I give the new (and existing!) database name on creating a new site?

You have forgottent to put a new table prefix also.
Without prefix, JMS is not able to replicate the website.
So put (host + DB + user + psw + PREFIX)

With prefix "jos_" I will have this error:
Create DB error [1044]: Query = [CREATE DATABASE `dbxxxxxx_xxxx` CHARACTER SET `utf8`], DB Message = [Access denied for user 'dbyyyyyy_yyyy'@'127.0.0.3' to database 'dbxxxxxx_xxxx' SQL=CREATE DATABASE `dbxxxxxx_xxxx` CHARACTER SET `utf8`]

On my host I cannot create databases automatically.

You have to check the MySQL user permission that you are using to perform the operation.
In JMS, it is also possible to provide the "root" MySQL user.
See the user manual page 14 - multisites.cfg.php file.
In this multisites configuration file you can provide your MySQL root login and password that can be used in this case of DB creation.
When the MySQL root login is provided, JMS is also able to create MySQL user on the fly.
