After a new joomla installation for a slave site when we install com_multisitescontent_V1.1.8 on Joomla! version, 3.2.2

it returns the following error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SimpleXMLElement::data() in /home2/.../domains/.../public_html/tmp/install_530dd850e6b0c/install.script.php on line 73

what do you suggest to do to solve the problem?

On Joomla 3.2.2, you need the Article Sharing for JMS version 1.3

We already have the JMS Multi-Sites version 1.3 FULL,
do we need to buy the article sharing in addition to that?

The error concern the "Article Sharing" for which you need the version 1.3
You mentioned that you are currently using the version 1.1.8.
So you have to upgrade to the "Article Sharing for JMS" version 1.3
