To have something resolved, I need to be able to reproduce it.
Here it is clear that I was not able to reproduce and not have the same result.

This just highlight that something else is missing in the scenario to reproduce it.
The missing thing is probably the reason but is not identified yet and does not seems frequent as you make reference to a similar case 8 month later.
